A contact center in which the people are most important
Without sales there is no profit, without profit there is no investment, without investment there are no attractive products and that leads to unattractive holidays. Of course, we want to help our clients to the extent that they can remain profitable with the customer. However, we prefer that both our clients and the customer are happy as well as our employees. People are always the most important asset. We do a lot to make sure people feel they are in the focal point. We do also back away from certain actions we feel are not right. Everything we do, we make sure to do it right.
